The salvage operations manager at Cooper Capital Specialty Salvage LLC, Alexander Cooper Milardo is adept at navigating complex operational environments. Since he joined the company in 2016, Alex C. Milardo has overseen the recovery of thousands of marine vessels and negotiated boat storage rates across the Caribbean and the United States. He has also led acquisition financing on high-value assets, including a 100-plus-foot motor vessel later sold for $4 million.
Mr. Milardo simultaneously served as a launch operator at the New York Yacht Club from 2017 to 2019, during which time he oversaw safety and transportation for over 10,000 passengers. In terms of financial experience, he gained early exposure to investing and market analysis while in high school as the investment co-chair of the Taft Investment Club. He later spent a few months as an equity sales and trading spring analyst at The Andriole Group, a HighTower Advisors affiliate.
